“The ADTP was different from the exam system I was used to. It was challenging as one has to be consistent. The teaching staff were really good, especially Dr Anindita, Ms Norhayati and Ms Sumitha. During the BSc(Hons) Psychology course, I presented a research paper at an Academic Symposium. My research involved studying 160 youth aged between 16 -25 years. It was carried out jointly with one of my lecturers. The study found that it was important for family members to cooperate with one another, and use positive methods of coping with stress to ensure that youth are able to feel more positive in dealing with life issues. Eventhough I was nervous, I managed to speak in a clear and logical manner. I felt proud that I was able to answer the audience questions.
